The problem

What we hear in nearly every team

In meetings

They understand it. They freeze when they have to speak it.

Your people read technical documentation without trouble and follow a call in English. Then it's their turn to speak, and the sentence doesn't come out. A strong reading level has never guaranteed a speaking one.

On calls

Generic English courses don't survive a real client call

Drilling the past perfect doesn't prepare anyone to handle an unhappy customer, chase a supplier, or defend a deadline. Your team's working English has its own vocabulary, pace and situations.

Afterwards

You have no way to measure whether it worked

Most companies pay for English training and never find out if it changed anything. No documented starting level, no tracking, nothing to bring to an annual review.

Method

Three stages, in this order

The order matters. Without a starting measurement, nobody can say whether the training did anything.

  1. 01 Assessment 250 MAD per person

    We measure before we teach

Every participant takes a CEFR-style speaking and writing check before the first session. We establish their real level and the work situations where English costs them time.

    • Individual speaking and writing check
    • Goals agreed with the participant
    • Groups formed by level, not by department
  2. 02 Sessions

We work on your real situations

Sessions run over video call with a live teacher, scheduled around your team's hours. Materials come from your own documents: your emails, your reports, your typical calls.

    • Live sessions, 100% remote
    • Small groups or one-to-one
    • Materials built from your documents
  3. 03 Reporting

You get a report after every session

Your HR team receives a report after each session and a regular progress update. We track real-world communication, not grammar scores. The document is usable as-is in annual reviews.

    • A report after every session
    • Progress updates for HR or L&D
    • Attendance and participation tracked

Questions

What HR teams ask us

Something not covered here? Write to us and you'll have an answer the same day.

We already work with a provider.

That's fine. One honest question: do you measure your teams' progress? Plenty of companies have a provider and no way of knowing whether the training does anything. We can run the opening assessment on its own, without touching the rest of your setup.

What is the minimum number of people?

We start from a single group. Groups are formed by level after the assessment, which means a team of six can end up split across two groups if the gaps are wide. That's deliberate: a mixed-level group doesn't progress.

Can sessions run at our offices?

No. Every session runs over video call with a live teacher. That choice lets us schedule around your team's hours, including early mornings and evenings, and train people spread across several sites.

How do you handle contact-centre shift patterns?

We build the schedule around your quieter windows, including for teams on rotating shifts. The plan is agreed with your operations lead before we start, then adjusted monthly if your volumes move.

What exactly is in the report?

The documented starting level per participant, the goals set, a report after each session, attendance, and a periodic progress update. Your managers use it as-is in annual reviews.
